User Agreement for MasRefund, Inc.

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between RefundWiz, Inc., a company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), and the individual or entity ("User," "you," or "your") accessing or using MasRefund ("App"). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which you may access and use the App.

1.  Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App.

2.  Subscription Fee and Payment

2.1. Annual Subscription Fee: To access certain features of the App, you are required to pay an annual subscription fee. The current subscription fee is outlined in the App or on our website.

2.2. Payment: By subscribing to the App, you agree to pay the annual subscription fee in advance. Payments are non-refundable. We may use third-party payment processors, and you agree to abide by their terms and conditions.

3. Access and Use

3.1. License: Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the App for your personal or business purposes.

3.2. Restrictions: You may not (a) copy, modify, or distribute the App; (b) reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code; (c) use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; (d) violate any laws, rules, or regulations in your jurisdiction.

4.  Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

5.  Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of this Agreement.

6.  Changes to the Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Agreement on the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

7.  Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8.  Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

9.  Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware.
