Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for MasRefund by RefundWiz, Inc.

This Cancellation Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions under which users may cancel their annual membership with MasRefund. By using the App, you agree to comply with this Policy.

1. Cancellation Period

1.1. Annual Membership: The App offers an annual membership plan. You may cancel your annual membership within 7 days from the date of purchase or renewal.

2. Refund Policy

2.1. Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only available within the specified cancellation period. After this period, no refunds will be provided.

2.2. Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at hello@masrefund.com. Refunds will be processed within 60 days of the request, using the original payment method.

3. Auto-Renewal

3.1. Auto-Renewal: Annual memberships are set to auto-renew to ensure uninterrupted access to the App. If you do not wish to renew your membership, you must cancel before the next renewal date.

3.2. Renewal Charges: By not canceling your membership, you authorize us to charge the annual membership fee to your chosen payment method on the renewal date.

4. Termination of Access

4.1. Access Termination: Upon cancellation of your annual membership, your access to premium features will continue until the end of the current subscription period.

4.2. No Pro-Rated Refunds: We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of the subscription period.

5. Changes to the Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to update this Cancellation Policy at our discretion. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Policy on the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised Policy.
