By participating in the MasRefund Let’s Make Money Together Program (“Program”) as an Advocate or as a Friend, you agree to the following terms and conditions. You understand that this is a binding agreement between you (“You”) and refundWiz, Inc., publisher of MasRefund. Program only available in the United States. Employees of MasRefund, and the immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses) and individuals living in the same household as such employees (collectively referred as “Employees”) are eligible to participate as an advocate.

Who Can Participate:

• The MasRefund Referral Program ("Program") is open to all individuals residing in the United States, except for employees of MasRefund, their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses), and individuals living in the same household as such employees.

Advocates and Friends:

• Advocates are participants in the Program who refer their Friends to MasRefund by sharing a unique referral link.

• Friends are those participants who receive an invitation from an Advocate to join MasRefund using the referral link.

​

Referral Rewards:

• Advocates can refer their Friends to MasRefund using a unique referral link provided by the Program.

• For each successful referral, both the Advocate and the Referred Friend will receive a $10 gift card.

• A successful referral is deemed when the Referred Friend completes a tax filing using MasRefund.

• A successful referral is defined by each user completing the entire MasRefund workflow to include filing their taxes using the MasRefund App.

Reward Limits:

• Participants can earn a maximum of $500 in gift card rewards per calendar year through this Program.

• The Program is valid from January 15th, 2024, to April 15th, 2024.

Reward Terms and Conditions:

Up to 60 days after your Friend redeems the Offer using the Link from the invitation and files their federal return, Advocate will be sent an email with Reward information to electronic gift card and charity donation options (if made available). After Reward selection, another email will be sent with gift card e-certificate information. The reward amount per qualified purchase by Advocate's Friends may vary, but in all cases the maximum gift card value, charitable donation value (if available), or combination of the two that an Advocate can receive under this Program is capped at $500. Rewards may be redeemed between January 15, 2023 – September 15, 2023.

Program Guidelines for Advocates:

• Advocates must inform their Friends that they are eligible to receive a reward if the Friends make a successful referral and agree to do so.

• Advocates must not engage in any form of paid advertising for the Program.

• Advocates must not create or use multiple identities, entities, or email addresses to participate in the Program.

• Advocates must not share the referral link with any third-party discount, coupon, or affiliate program site as part of any third-party program or in the form of any advertising or promotional placement, whether paid or unpaid.

Program Guidelines for Friends:

• Friends must use the unique referral link provided by their Advocate when signing up for MasRefund.

• Friends must complete a tax filing using MasRefund to qualify as a successful referral.

• A successful referral is defined by each user completing the entire MasRefund workflow to include filing their taxes using the MasRefund App.

Program Modifications and Termination:

• MasRefund reserves the right to modify the Program terms and conditions at any time with or without notice.

• MasRefund may discontinue or temporarily stop the Program at any time with or without notice.

• MasRefund may delay, cancel, revoke, or prevent the payment of gift card rewards in cases of suspected fraudulent use of the Program, violation of the Program terms, use of false identities, or misuse of MasRefund products and services.

Advocate Responsibilities

ADVOCATE MUST INFORM YOUR FRIEND(S) THAT YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE A REWARD IF THEY MAKE A QUALIFYING PURCHASE AND YOU, AS ADVOCATE, AGREE TO DO SO. Failure to do so is a violation of these Program terms and may result in your immediate termination from the Program, disqualification from future participation, and forfeiture of any Reward owed to you as a result of your participation in this Program.

Advocate understands and agrees:

1. Not to engage in any form of paid advertising of or for the Program

2. Not to open or attempt to open new MasRefund accounts for or on behalf of others in order to enable their participation in the Program and/or use of the Offer discount.

3. Not hold yourself out as a representative of MasRefund, or falsely state or imply any affiliation with MasRefund or RefundWiz, Inc.

4. Use only one email address and one identity to participate in the Program, and you will not create or use multiple identities, entities or email addresses to participate in the Program.

5. Not to share the invitation/referral link with any third party discount, coupon or affiliate program site as part of any third party program or in the form of any advertising or promotional placement, whether paid or unpaid.

 

Program terms and conditions applicable for both Advocates and Friends
Intuit and/or its Program service providers reserve the right at any time and for any reason to modify these terms and to change, interrupt or stop the Program either for a period of time or permanently with or without notice. Intuit and/or its Program service providers, agents and partners reserve the right to delay, cancel, revoke, or prevent payment of gift card funds, charitable donations or other rewards in any suspected case of fraudulent use of the Program, violation of the Program terms, use of false identities or misuse of TurboTax products and services. Referrals and rewards are subject to verification at Intuit’s sole discretion.

 

Privacy:

• Participants may submit personal contact information about themselves and their referred Friends only with the Friend's permission.

• Personal information submitted will be collected, processed, and used in accordance with MasRefund's privacy policy.

• Participants agree that MasRefund may use and maintain their personal information in accordance with the privacy policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties:

• Participants acknowledge that their participation in the Program is at their sole risk.

• MasRefund disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Program's availability, reliability, and accuracy.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnification:

• Participants agree that MasRefund, its affiliates, vendors, and service providers shall not be liable for any damages resulting from their use of the Program.

• Shall not liable to you for any direct, indirect, or incidental, special, consequential , or exempplary damages, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

• Participants agree to indemnify and hold MasRefund harmless from any claims arising from their use of the Program.

• To the fullest extent by the law, RefundWIz, Inc., including any vendors and service providers, maximum liability arising out of or in connection with the proram, regardless of the cause of the action (whether in contract, tort, breach of warranty or otherwise), will not exceed $100.

 

 

Disputes:

• Any disputes related to the Program shall be governed by state of Delaware law and submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in Dover, Delaware.

Program Duration:

• The Program is valid from January 15th, 2024, to April 15th, 2024.
